To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items purchased from our website are eligible for returns within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Once your return request is approved, we will kindly ask you to arrange shipping

 

Refunds

 

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

 

Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our team to arrange for an exchange.

Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund for the returned item(s) following the refund process outlined above.
